About Us
FDC is a privately owned Iraqi company based in Sulaimani, supplying equipment and providing local services to Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government Agencies, Ministries, International Contractors, Manufacturers and Suppliers involved in the reconstruction of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region. FDC acts in the capacity of a JV partner, subcontractor, service provider or agent.
FDC is a Limited Liability Company established and registered in Sulaimani in October 2003. The company is 100% indigenous and its shareholders are Iraqi citizens
FDC is registered in accordance with Iraqi Law; classified as a local Iraqi Kurdistan entity; well established, well positioned, well managed and holds the required licenses to operate. FDC has all of the necessary foundations in place and the required ingredients for success.
FDC has a fully staffed office in Sulaimani city. In addition to its Sulaimani Office, FDC has a presence in London, Ankara and Sharjah and employs local and international staff to handle various project tasks, which require specialized skills and experience.

History
FDC was established in Sulaimani in 2003 by its founders and immediately focused on the regional government’s reconstruction projects.
Although FDC is a relatively new company it is an integral part of a significant network of associated companies, which cooperate on relevant projects and provide support services to one another.
FDC’s founders have a long and proven history of successful business ventures and relationships, with more than 30 years of experience in the project development and contracting industry, both in and worldwide. FDC has a number of affiliate and sister companies in Europe and the Middle East .
